Pleasant surprise!! My car was totaled in a car accident. I was referred to James Howell. As I said I was pleasantly surprised at the experience I had. I dread looking for automobiles because the salespeople are normally very pushy and try to force you to make a decision in their time frame. James was totally opposite, he of course wanted the sale but he made sure he knew what my expectations were upfront and this made everything click after that. He was well dressed, professional, and very engaged. He made sure I was comfortable, offered me a beverage, and since it was so cold he brought each automobile to the front and warmed them up to make sure I was warm...what service!! James did an OUTSTANDING job and held to his word to correct any issues I had. I will definitely forward anyone to him that may be looking to purchase an automobile. Best care buying experience Ever!! More

Great New Car Buying Experience Excellent service got me to where I needed to be on my trade and the overall price on a new 15 Corolla. Went out of the way to find the exact car and Excellent service got me to where I needed to be on my trade and the overall price on a new 15 Corolla. Went out of the way to find the exact car and color combo I wanted at another location and have it brought to high point. Modern Toyota and Asheboro Toyota were stubborn and unwilling to work with me and low balled my trade in but but Greg Reantillo and Vann York made it happen fast and with no hassle. I Was given a nice used 14 corolla to take home until Monday when I take deliverery on the exact car i wanted. i would recommend them to anyone. More
