Charles was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, & responsive. He kept us informed as to our progress, and was always available to answer questions, He's great. We enjoyed our interactions with Jerome Sam as well, and Karen Katsos was extremely friendly and helpful in resolving a couple of minor paperwork issues we encountered upon returning home.
