Hi Mr. McCoy, we'd like to thank you for your review. We appreciate all customer feedback; both good and bad. After speaking with the Master Technician who worked with your vehicle the last two visits and your service advisor, we want to let you know that we understand how frustrated you must be to be in this situation. In looking through your service history, you can clearly see that the leak didn't present itself until 64,000 miles which was already out of your warranty. However, we always try to do the right thing by our customers and offered to pay half of your cost as a goodwill measure. Again, we understand how frustrating your situation can be, but we have tried to help you as best as we can. Thank you for the information.

I appreciate you position but when I called and asked the service advisor to have the service manager to call me and 2 weeks later made the same request with no response, I went to the dealer. His reason for not responding for 2 week--"I have been too busy." After this fix on Friday, I will be too busy to return to Van York. By the way, you make it sound like you are being generous in the half price deal but that is what I got from Toyota, so at the end of the day, you don't have any skin the game. Please don't make it sound like you are being generous
