Dan goes the extra mile! I got very lucky when I stumbled on Dan by chance in 1997! I had just moved to the area and my previous lease with a dealership 100+ miles away was en I got very lucky when I stumbled on Dan by chance in 1997! I had just moved to the area and my previous lease with a dealership 100+ miles away was ending and I called Varsity Ford for help and was randomly connected to Dan. He made the turn-in and new lease process easy back then, and 20 years and 9 new vehicles later, he still does. I have since moved back to Michigan's west coast but am happy to make the trip to Varsity Ford to see Dan every couple of years; just to talk about our lives, families, his continuing obsession with 80's hair bands, and to pick up a new vehicle. Each and every time, he finds me the exact vehicle that I'm looking for - even if its not on the Varsity lot when I call! - and has the vehicle and the paperwork ready when I walk in the door to pick it up. I have recommended Dan to friends and family alike and have always received glowing reviews after they speak with him. There are probably about 50 Ford dealerships closer to my home, but I will always go the extra miles to get my cars from Dan, because he goes the extra mile for me. More

Great experience with getting my Escape on X-plan I quickly needed a new car after mine was totaled in a crash. I tried other cars but liked my old Escape and wanted to try a new one. John soon found a car for me to test drive: a 2017 Escape Titanium. It had the safety and comfort features I was looking for and after he priced it out, it was less expensive for us than a 2018. At no time did he try and up-sell me into the same vehicle in a 2018 because he understood my needs and financial interests. That is always very much appreciated.
