Picked up a brand new 2023 F-150 XLT on a lease yesterday and could not be happier with the experience. Kyle House is by far the best car salesman I’ve ever worked with and it’s not even close. Horrible experience as a female car buyer July 2023. Arranged a text drive of a Ford Expedition Max with the front desk. Was assigned a salesperson. Moved up my test drive by 2 hrs. My new appointmen Arranged a text drive of a Ford Expedition Max with the front desk. Was assigned a salesperson. Moved up my test drive by 2 hrs. My new appointment time was confirmed. I arrived on time and after waiting 25 minutes to be greeted by any salesperson, I was informed the vehicle was not available, as it was on the storage lot. Perhaps this is just baseline lack of professionalism or perhaps its discrimination against a female buyer. Either way, I’ll take my business elsewhere. More
