Everything was transparent and I was very comfortable throughout the entire purchasing process. I also liked that Jim finalized the purchase without sending me to some finance guys office. This made the whole experience much more personal, and more efficient. I purchased the Truck in January and brought it in for an oil change more than 6 months later. The service rep (I believe it was Mike Collins) took good care of everything. They noticed that the front right brakes were warmer than the others. Figured out that the pads were unevenly worn and replaced pads and rotors at their expense (which I find pretty remarkable since the truck was used and rotor/pads obviously wear parts). So far, I can definitely recommend Varsity Ford. More
