Wonderful first time new car buyer experience! I first went into Varsity Ford a few weeks ago for just one purpose: to get a quote on a new Escape. I didn't want any sales pitches or pressure, jus I first went into Varsity Ford a few weeks ago for just one purpose: to get a quote on a new Escape. I didn't want any sales pitches or pressure, just a quote. The front desk had me talk with Aaron Beach. He was outstanding. Gave me the quote on an Escape with exactly the package that I wanted. No more, no less. No pressure at all. My husband and I met with him again a few days later and decided to make our big purchase. I was very impressed. Going into this, I was nervous dealing with a big dealership. I had never bought a new vehicle before so I wasn't sure what to expect aside from what you see on tv about salesmen! Aaron made this whole big process so easy. He was more than happy to answer all my silly questions and responded very quickly to emails before I actually bought our vehicle. I had a great experience with John! John found the perfect car for me. I wanted specific rims on my fusion and I wanted a sunroof and that's what I got!
