I can not believe I was treated so good! We searched hi and lo for the specific Explorer that my wife and I were in need of. No only did my Salesperson find us EXACTLY what we were looking for but it had extra stuff that didn't cost us and arm and a leg. What made the deal so good is that our Salesperson Mr. Anderson delivered the new vehicle and picked up the old one from her job. My wife felt like she was getting a Rolls Royce!!!!! After deciding on a Ford Escape, Dan was able to find us a car with the features we were looking for in the color that we wanted. This purchase could have been stressful with all of the decisions to be made but Dan was able to explain all of the options in a clear way that made the process simple and seamless. We were also contacted twice by a customer service representative (Sue R.) to ensure that we were getting our questions answered and that we were satisfied with our experience.
