So far, so great. I would give them five stars, but I've only worked with them one time and that was to buy a new car. He found the exact car we wanted, and Dan was very diligent in his effort to get us a good deal. He even made some last-minute adjustments for us. He might be the hardest-working salesperson we've ever bought a car from. Sometime in the future, I'm sure I'll be in there for maintenance and/or repairs. If that goes well and the remodeled showroom looks great, I could easily give them five stars. More

Better with Time! I have been going to Varsity Ford since my first car. My parents were loyal to the dealership and in turn, the kids have become loyal customers. At first, I simply went because it was what I was familiar with. Even as I went away to school and started working, I rarely find a dealership with the associates and sales personnel as courteous and knowledgeable about the vehicles, and overall market. I even tried other places for things like: Oil Changes, Tire Rotation, etc. No one has beat the quality and commitment to excellence that Varsity Ford offers throughout the organization. I will continue to patronize this dealership and tell my friends about it. More

We purchased a Cmax in 2013, and get great ongoing treatment from the service department. Everyone is professional and attentive. When I couldn't get the license plate off my trade in vehicle because the bolts were rusted, I asked the service desk for help, and they had someone out to help me in less than 2 minutes, despite being really busy. Dan Divens is no question the best salesman I've had. He listens to what I need, and gets it done. Just a really great all around person and treats me like royalty. More

She was very knowledgeable and fully looked into all concerns or questions I had. She made sure I knew about all the rebates and went in depth when comparing my options. I liked that I was provided with the VIN numbers to compare how much each option I was looking at would be insured for. I'm driving a reliable 2017 Fusion now at a great price instead of my 2003 Ford Focus. More
