My sales person, Russ Mackinder, was always a step ahead of me, and knew exactly what I wanted and exceeded my expectations. I purchased a pre-owned vehicle, and it was showroom clean for an older model. The price was very fair, and they made sure the oil was changed and the gas was filled prior to my purchase. The bottom line is, they don't sell junk, and they inspect their vehicles prior to selling them. It is no wonder they are a very highly rated dealership. More

Jack Jay Clayton helped me purchase my 2012 Ford Focus and now my 2016 Ford Escape. I loved my Focus and I really love my new Escape! I can't say enough good things about Varsity Ford and Jay Clayton. They took excellent care of my Focus and I know they will do the same for my Escape. Service first with this salesman! About a month ago I came to Varsity Ford to test drive an Explorer. I was fairly sure that was what I wanted as a replacement for my 2007 Edge but I n About a month ago I came to Varsity Ford to test drive an Explorer. I was fairly sure that was what I wanted as a replacement for my 2007 Edge but I needed to drive both to make sure. Aaron approached us in the lot and sent us on two test drives. He sat explained our financing options and we left to think about it. We didn't buy that day but Aaron followed up with me several times to see what I was thinking. I appreciated the fact he just check in to see where I was at but did not make me feel pressured. This dealership is an hour drive from my house however, when I was ready to buy I went back to Aaron. I basically bought the car over the phone once I was ready! Credit approval was quick, Aaron was specific in what I needed early in the day with regard to incentives and insurance and had everything ready when t went after work to pick it up. He was patient and explained all of the cars features and even set up our phones for us. I am a repeat customer to Varsity and with service like I received I will continue to give them my business.
