He was very knowledgeable about every car I asked information about. What is more important to me, is how he interacts with you AFTER the sale. He always stays in contact to make sure the vehicle I purchased is exactly what I wanted. I even receive cards in the mail for Birthday and Christmas, which has never happened with any other car dealer I have worked with. Believe me when I say Shannon goes above and beyond your expectations when looking to purchase a new car. He keeps me coming back! More

excellent as always We have been dealing with Shannon Catlett for 15+ years. He is the best. He remembers you and the type of vehicle you like. The end of our lease wa We have been dealing with Shannon Catlett for 15+ years. He is the best. He remembers you and the type of vehicle you like. The end of our lease was coming up and he emailed us to come in and see what was available because of the current deals going on. When we got our previous lease back in November of 2013 Shannon called & said he had this car, gave me the details and that was that. I saw it for the first time when we picked it up. That is how much I trust Shannon and Varsity Ford of Ann Arbor. Then on Christmas day 2013 we were hit from behind on I275 by someone going 70 miles an hour. Brought the car back to Varsity and they did a fantastic job of fixing it and really, it was as good as new. Never had any issues with the car after that even when the whole back end had been pushed in and the trailer hitch was pushed totally under the car. This latest experience with Shannon was to lease a 2017 Escape and once again a perfect experience from the first visit on Thursday to picking it up 2 days later on Saturday. What service! You cannot go wrong having Shannon Catlett as your salesman. Everyone we have sent to him has been totally happy too. More

My sales person, Russ Mackinder, was always a step ahead of me, and knew exactly what I wanted and exceeded my expectations. I purchased a pre-owned vehicle, and it was showroom clean for an older model. The price was very fair, and they made sure the oil was changed and the gas was filled prior to my purchase. The bottom line is, they don't sell junk, and they inspect their vehicles prior to selling them. It is no wonder they are a very highly rated dealership. More
