Love my Fords from Varsity Ford I recently purchased my second Ford from Varsity Ford in Ann Arbor, MI. Jack Jay Clayton helped me purchase my 2012 Ford Focus and now my 2016 Ford Es I recently purchased my second Ford from Varsity Ford in Ann Arbor, MI. Jack Jay Clayton helped me purchase my 2012 Ford Focus and now my 2016 Ford Escape. I loved my Focus and I really love my new Escape! I can't say enough good things about Varsity Ford and Jay Clayton. They took excellent care of my Focus and I know they will do the same for my Escape. Their service is excellent and a great value for me. Varsity Ford did all the maintenance on my Focus and will do the same for the Escape. Customer satisfaction is key for Varsity Ford. Service first with this salesman! About a month ago I came to Varsity Ford to test drive an Explorer. I was fairly sure that was what I wanted as a replacement for my 2007 Edge but I n About a month ago I came to Varsity Ford to test drive an Explorer. I was fairly sure that was what I wanted as a replacement for my 2007 Edge but I needed to drive both to make sure. Aaron approached us in the lot and sent us on two test drives. He sat explained our financing options and we left to think about it. We didn't buy that day but Aaron followed up with me several times to see what I was thinking. I appreciated the fact he just check in to see where I was at but did not make me feel pressured. This dealership is an hour drive from my house however, when I was ready to buy I went back to Aaron. I basically bought the car over the phone once I was ready! Credit approval was quick, Aaron was specific in what I needed early in the day with regard to incentives and insurance and had everything ready when t went after work to pick it up. He was patient and explained all of the cars features and even set up our phones for us. I am a repeat customer to Varsity and with service like I received I will continue to give them my business. Oil change It took over hour and a half...even tho i had a appt..it appeared not busy...car wash was bad...my son james does this at knapps in Adrian.. hes a por It took over hour and a half...even tho i had a appt..it appeared not busy...car wash was bad...my son james does this at knapps in Adrian.. hes a porter..he said too...one more minute to take a mop too the back of the car would have made it a good car wash...took...WAY to long...even after I saw the porter drive it up...15 min later...i went to the cashier....still no paperwork....hmmm....thinking ill go to Knapps in Adrian....ino its good service!! More
