After our conversation I think it would be fair to say that I would diffently give them a second chance. I believe it was just a bad experience with one individual and that person does not justly represent the Varsity group. Thank you Mr. Standford. Went there to lease a new Fusion and was met with very high pressure tactics by salesperson DB. Felt that we were imposing on her time. I sent an email to both the general manager and sales manager and never got a response. Ended up going else where and leased from Pat Milliken. Very pleased. Also felt the dealer ship could use some updating..compared to many other places I've seen. Very disappointed I had to drive so far from where I live to get a car and never got a response to my emails. More

waste of time Came out to look at a truck. Took half a day off work just for them to tell me that there was NO way i would be able to get approved. They didn't even Came out to look at a truck. This place is a waste of time just like ANY dealership in Ann Arbor. I would rather drive an hour before looking for a car in Ann Arbor. I found the same truck just different color for half the price and in better condition. More

He did an excellent job helping us get through all of the paperwork which didn't seem as tedious as it had been in the past when we've purchased vehicles. Not only that but he even delivered the vehicle to us! He also arranged and got our new plate for the car. When we got the car he thoroughly went through all of the functions with us. I couldn't say enough about how well Darrin made this purchase go smoothly for us. He never pressured us or acted like we were wasting his time.
