In the Spring, I leased a new Ford Fusion and I totally love it! During the process of looking for the right car and options for my needs, Rich Kania at Varsity Ford in Ann Arbor totally made my experience and process smooth, quick, less stressful, and positive. Rich's knowledge base and professionalism clearly shined when I was working with him to find that right purchase. Most importantly, his service after the purchase is priceless! Over the summer... my car was packed and ready to head North for the weekend but I had a lovely nail jammed in my tire. I thought I was going to be stuck in town for another day but Rich was able to arrange the replacement at last minute and within a few hours… I was back on road! Kudo's to the service tech and Rich Kania for going that extra mile in making my experience with Varsity Ford worth 5 stars. More

Donna, who was assigned to assist me was most helpful showing me my selection. With the selection made, a quick test drive and down to business of completing the deal. Very straightforward with Donna staying beyond closing time to finish all the documentation and a timeline to collect my new F150. All the staff I met were very courteous and efficient and i would certainly return to both service my vehicle and for future new purchases. I have already recommended both the dealership and Donna to colleagues at work who are in the market for new Ford products.
