Salesman Jerry Hobbs is a great person to buy a car from. I got 2010 Escape from Jerry Hobbs new. Whenever I am having service done on a Saturday I check in on Jerry and he always remembers my name. He asks I got 2010 Escape from Jerry Hobbs new. Whenever I am having service done on a Saturday I check in on Jerry and he always remembers my name. I can't recommend this dealership to anyone and I feel compelled to deter potential customers from going here. Dishonest, deceitful, and unethical. The car was sold to me as a 'certified pre-owned', for which I paid a hefty premium; however, it was obvious to me that the required inspection was never performed. Worst of all they were aware of this and attempted to deceive me. It's been in for service twice in the first month of ownership, both times for repairs that would have been caught had the service department done their job the first time around. Also, be aware that they will tell you that $200 VIN window etching is a dealer requirement - a sleazy and legally questionable trick. The woman they called in for damage control was helpful, and I might have been placated had the service department been able to execute. More
