I truly appreciated that he did not pressure me into a sale. He was quick to prepare and email all the necessary paperwork that my loan officer needed for the purchase of the vehicle. He also quickly requested any additional information he needed from me to make the purchase go smoothly. He also offered a driver to assist with pick up since we lived about an hour away! Purchased a certified pre owned vehicle less than a month ago with low mileage . No paperwork was given to me when I left the lot aside from odometer reading and temporary registration . I was told it month ago with low mileage . No paperwork was given to me when I left the lot aside from odometer reading and temporary registration . I was told it would be mailed with my plate . Plate not received until days after the temporary one expired . Salesman made it seem like I was getting some great discounts but upon receiving final paperwork , ( you can’t read the one they give you to sign on site because it comes to your email and is in pin point font , plus they are rushing you through the process ) I basically paid the full list price. Haven’t even put 300 miles on it and transmission is already acting up , there’s a funny metal rattling sound on the drivers side somewhere ( which was there at test drive but I thought it was the dealer plate rattling in the window) and somehow I only have 23% oil life left even though it was supposedly just changed before I purchased it. Will also need brakes soon. I trusted this dealership because they had excellent ratings and reviews and a certified vehicle with only 21,000 miles on it SHOULD be trustworthy , and now I am wishing I had went somewhere else and will continue to spread the word about my experience in hopes I can save someone else this headache . More
