After finding the Ford online 400 miles away from Ann Arbor, called Varsity and connected with Jim Patarello. He gave me the answers I needed, always called back when he said he would. I felt confident all would go well when I got to Ann Arbor, the transaction would proceed just as Jim said it would. Also great help from the tech guy, my apologies I forgot his name. Jim was very friendly and easy to talk to. When I left with the dealership with my new used Expedition to head south back to Indiana, Jim told me to text him to let him know I made home ok.
