Kelly in Customer Service was phenomenally helpful. We talked on the phone about what I was looking for. She made an appointment for me with Shane. When I arrived for my appointment (1 hour early), Shan talked on the phone about what I was looking for. She made an appointment for me with Shane. When I arrived for my appointment (1 hour early), Shane was ready for me. He showed me on his computer a few cars, all of which I liked. Within about 30 minutes of my arrival I was test driving. I went back to work and left Shane to work on my financing. He called me a couple of hours later with a few document requests. I returned to the dealership and within about an hour drove off in a car which has everthing I wanted with a lower payment than I had budgeted. Thank you, Kelly and thank you Shane. In that meeting, I wasn't expecting to be leaving the dealership with a new truck but that is exactly what happened and I could not be more happy. They were having some issues with their service provider so I could not sign the paper work electronically, so Kyle had a driver come out to my house to get the paperwork finalized, above and beyond what is expect.
