I would not recommend Varsity Ford to anyone. My gold certified Explorer has 2 engine light alerts and a recall on it within 5 days of leaving the dealership my salesman Shane was not concerned and infor certified Explorer has 2 engine light alerts and a recall on it within 5 days of leaving the dealership my salesman Shane was not concerned and informed me it was no big deal because I have a warranty and then I never heard from him again. I spoke with the Sales manager Sean and he said I could bring my Explorer back to Ann Arbor and they could diagnose it and see if they have the part so I could schedule to bring it back another time for repair. So that would be at least 2 days I would have to take off work and have to figure out a ride back and forth because they had no loaner vehicles either. I thought I was buying a nice vehicle when buying a gold certified but clearly that’s not the case. I’m extremely disappointed. As soon as the sale is complete the customer clearly doesn’t matter.
