I called the dealership and was connected to Tony. We can't say enough about how helpful he was, We had found a car on the website and wanted to test drive it after work, so set up a time. This is the worst service department that I've dealt with. So far I've had appointments TWICE for a recall. BOTH times they said they had the parts and BOTH times after having my car for more than half with. So far I've had appointments TWICE for a recall. BOTH times they said they had the parts and BOTH times after having my car for more than half the day they call and tell me that they DID NOT have the parts and couldn't do the repair. Both of these times was for the same recall from MARCH !!! Time to look for a NEW dealership to go to !!! More
