From the get-go Tony was incredibly accommodating given I was making the purchase from out of state in Florida. Tony made every effort to ensure I was happy and comfortable given the site-unseen situation. He walked me through the vehicle via FaceTime, kept me updated throughout the entire process, explained certified preowned and overnighted paperwork not delay the process.
