Tony is one of best car salesmen I’ve dealt with in comparison to the other 4 cars I purchased from various dealers in the SE region of Michigan. I was provided a high quality experience. Prior to my purchase Tony consistently followed up making me aware of all my options on their lot and once I arrived he was made aware of my budget and took time to walk several options with me. I didn’t feel pressured or obligated to assist in any sales performance rather, I, the customer am the priority. He even took the time to negotiate better sales price and help me have a high-level idea of trades offs per my preferred options after walking the lot. Also, he help me save some cash in the closing by transferring my a plate from a former car to my new purchase. In conclusion , Tony was a humble and gracious salesman whom really took take with me as the client and gave me his undivided attention. What was a big selling point for me on him as my sales person was the Fact that I didn’t feel uncomfortable about the budget that I went in for my purchase. Thus, allowed me to be okay will forgoing some dealership perks due to my budget but Tony was upfront about the perks I would be without purchasing the vehicle I did.
