My first interaction was via email through the website. I was contacted by their online representative and quickly assigned Sales Person Joseph Stanford. The fact that Ford is part of his name is simply fortuitous. Although it may contribute to his excellent salesmanship. Varsity has a large inventory of vehicles which makes it a one stop shop. Furthermore, they gave more for my trade-in then any other Dealer I contacted. After confirming our deal, I was in and out in 30 minutes the day I picked up my 2020 Fusion SE. Kelly took the initial information communicated to Tony and the vehicle was sitting and waiting for our arrival. Tony was straight forward with us throughout the process, quickly evaluated our trade in and worked with us to get to an agreeable number. Tony worked with us to complete the vast majority of the paperwork that same night. He communicated the next morning as promised with the last of the information we needed and had all of the final paperwork ready and waiting. This was by far the easiest and quickest purchase of a vehicle (new or used) we have had. More

Accross Town My Husband & I did a lot of research on the new car we were going to purchase. I will be the one driving this car most of the time. We have purchased from the Ford Escape line and have been very satisfied. We decided on a slightly used Escape. We found Varsity Ford on-line and are very glad we made the trip over to Ann Arbor.
