Size Does Matter From the time we received notice of the upcoming end of our 3 year lease, till yesterday when I drove away with a new 2018 Escape it was obvious that From the time we received notice of the upcoming end of our 3 year lease, till yesterday when I drove away with a new 2018 Escape it was obvious that Varsity has a great thing going. Initially I was skeptical about how such a large dealership could provide real personal service but our experience with not only our Salesperson Shannon Catlett, but numerous service Reps who have taken care of us when our car was in for regular maintenance has been outstanding. I see no reason to even consider "shopping" another dealership. We're happy campers ! The remodeled customer waiting room is great... and you don't even have to get tokens for the free coffee or tea. More

Going beyond the normal I have bought three new vehicles from Corey and leased two others. Professional I bought a used truck. It was delivered with a leaky coolant line. Which could happen to any used car at any time. The dealership came out to fix I bought a used truck.
