Their complimentary “wash” destroyed the clear coat on my new Expedition Max I bought from them, even though I declined the wash specifically, only wanted my oil changed. I have $3,000 into the ceramic coat/ new Expedition Max I bought from them, even though I declined the wash specifically, only wanted my oil changed. I have $3,000 into the ceramic coat/ppf only to have this happen a couple of months after that investment. I can’t believe these guys are still using a tunnel brush wash More

August 15, 2022 I took my 2018 ford escape to have repairs done. It was supposed to have the engine replaced. Since this was a manufacture malfunction ford was going to pay for. Everything went as fol repairs done. It was supposed to have the engine replaced. Since this was a manufacture malfunction ford was going to pay for. Everything went as followed. But on October 14 I receive a call from the shop stating one of their employees took the vehicle for a test drive to make sure it was running well. While on the test drive the vehicle was hit by another vehicle causing for the vehicle to be totaled. He suggested that i reached out to my insurance and let them know of the accident. My insurance was going to contact the dealer to figure out what the plan was. Varsity Ford is denying covering the cost because they feel like it was not their employee's fault. It has been 2 months that i have not had possession of the vehicle and now i am stuck without a vehicle and most likely higher insurance note. They are just not willing to be responsible for the damages caused while one of their employees was driving the vehicle. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone; their lack of responsibility is unacceptable. If they are not willing to take care of their costumers and actions, they should not be in business. More

I had an 8 am appointment and arrived prior to 8 am. After sitting in the waiting room for 3 hrs, I asked for a status on the warranty repair ( rear window of my Lariat not operating appropriately). After sitting in the waiting room for 3 hrs, I asked for a status on the warranty repair ( rear window of my Lariat not operating appropriately). My F150 hadn’t even been pulled into the service garage yet even though I arrived prior to 8 am and was the third vehicle in line when they opened the door. It was obvious to me that this was not a first come first serve situation and I was being discriminated against since I had not purchased the truck from Varsity ( as the Service rep who signed me in specifically asked if I had purchased my vehicle from Varsity ). I had bought the truck used from someone other than Varsity, but had purchased multiple vehicles from Varsity in the past. I can certainly understand a repair taking a long time, even days or weeks as was the case when Varsity repaired my 2012 F150 last year ( which I purchased new from them) - I spent thousands of $$ multiple times having Varsity repair the 2012 I left without getting the truck fixed and am thinking of going elsewhere in the future More

He took the time to listen to my issue and said he would get back with me after he did some checking on the issue . Lance got back to me and said that he was going to expedite the parts for me and he would call me when he had the parts in hand . He called me by the end of the week and we set up another service visit for Monday and I got everything taken care of . He even had my gas tank filled up for my troubles . Great job keep up the good work and thanks !!! More
This is the worst service department that I've dealt with. So far I've had appointments TWICE for a recall. BOTH times they said they had the parts and BOTH times after having my car for more than half with. So far I've had appointments TWICE for a recall. BOTH times they said they had the parts and BOTH times after having my car for more than half the day they call and tell me that they DID NOT have the parts and couldn't do the repair.
