Varsity Ford goes the extra mile after the sale. I purchased a 2010 lincoln from Russ Mc. at Vatsity. It was a grest deal for me. Within days after the deal I discovered a problem with the power stee I purchased a 2010 lincoln from Russ Mc. at Vatsity. It was a grest deal for me. Within days after the deal I discovered a problem with the power steering. All the lines needed replacement. The service dept gave me the bad news and a high estimate for repairs. However Russ recognized that it was only fair to do whatever he could to help make the car right as it was intended wjen sold to me. He pulled spme strings and got the repairs done in one day at no charge for me. I really appreciate Russ and Varsity for going the extra mile when they weren't legally bound to. They allowed me to go a few extra miles too. More
Another good experience!! Brian has been there for my family and friends helping them through the paperwork and finding a vehicle. He sat with me in my first lease and explained every function to me then asked if I had any questions...he even helped me pair my iPhone to the Sync. In a few months mine and my kid’s leases will be up and Brian will be their again to guide us all through the transition. When my car was in service Brian made sure I had a car to drive. Every time we've come in for Service he has made sure we've been taken care of just like the day we bought our car. Service Took my 2017 f150 in for some some work and had a issue with a noise from the front axle, explained it best I could and left hoping for the best. The next day was contacted via text message that they were narrowing the problem down and would know the problem soon. The very next day got word that they had found and fixed the issue.
