Great Service I had my 2016 Edge serviced at Varsity Ford in May for an oil leak. The service team immediately found the issue and contacted me to let me know they I had my 2016 Edge serviced at Varsity Ford in May for an oil leak. The service team immediately found the issue and contacted me to let me know they would need to have the car for an extra day and offered me a loaner car if one was needed. The service team is always very professional and willing to help out in any way they can. My car was done the next day as they told me it would be. As always, when I picked up my car it was as clean as it was when I dropped it off. I appreciate the friendliness and my clean car!! Thanks Service department for all of your hard work! More

It's gotta be a Ford! I purchased a 2010 Escape the end of March. I liked the older model style and found a great little one with low mileage! I had it just a couple weeks when I noticed my drivers window wasn't working properly. It was so great not be feel ignored and have help and a loaner car for the repair. My salesman Russ Mackinder gave me that feeling of "your not just a customer" I will be back when we need another vehicle! Thank you Russ and Varsity Ford. I live in The Historic Ford Homes in Dearborn and my daughter is a Ford product specialist. I am a little bias about the Ford car models! More

service has alwways been the best and reasonably price this is the third Ford I have had the first two I leasted and that experience was great always able to get in. which is nice because I never know whe this is the third Ford I have had the first two I leasted and that experience was great always able to get in. which is nice because I never know when I make a appoinmen if I can make it so usually just drive in and just hope I can get in and have never been disappointed. They always have been able to work me in and car was always done in the estimated time they gave me....the last car I just bought and the service has been just as good on it. The service has been excellant. also wife hit a post at the gas station and I took it to some place else for a estimatefor the repair and then took it to Varsity Ford for a estimate and they did the repair for half what they wanted at other place so will take my car for service and repairs to Varsity Ford everytime they are the greatest............Thanks Varsity for the great service More

Best experience I've ever had. My old Focus was done. I needed a new car and knew what I wanted. 2016 Focus ST. I came in about an hour before closing on a Saturday and Matt Vodry h My old Focus was done. I needed a new car and knew what I wanted. 2016 Focus ST. I came in about an hour before closing on a Saturday and Matt Vodry help me get what I wanted. I was in and out in just over an hour. Varsity's service dept is very fast and courteous also. I recommend if you need a vehicle this is the dealership to go to. More
