John Bradbury John is a great salesperson who did a great job selling me my car but also making sure I was taken car of afterwards. My car was recently sideswiped b John is a great salesperson who did a great job selling me my car but also making sure I was taken car of afterwards. My car was recently sideswiped by someone right before Christmas. He not only made sure my car was picked up and taken in for repair, he made sure I had a rental car too. It wasn't just about the service but his quick response and ability to help me in a time when I couldn't be without a car. I will have all my family and friends go to John for their car and service needs. Thank you so much John for all you have done. More

Better with Time! I have been going to Varsity Ford since my first car. My parents were loyal to the dealership and in turn, the kids have become loyal customers. At fi I have been going to Varsity Ford since my first car. My parents were loyal to the dealership and in turn, the kids have become loyal customers. At first, I simply went because it was what I was familiar with. Even as I went away to school and started working, I rarely find a dealership with the associates and sales personnel as courteous and knowledgeable about the vehicles, and overall market. I even tried other places for things like: Oil Changes, Tire Rotation, etc. No one has beat the quality and commitment to excellence that Varsity Ford offers throughout the organization. I will continue to patronize this dealership and tell my friends about it. More

Service on new Ford Fusion As a new leasee of a 2016 Ford Fusion, I noticed a small tear in my 5 month old car. I reached out to my Salesman Matt Vodry to get his opinion on ho As a new leasee of a 2016 Ford Fusion, I noticed a small tear in my 5 month old car. I reached out to my Salesman Matt Vodry to get his opinion on how I should handle the repair to the carpet. He immediately responded that I should get it in to have pictures taken and that he would submit the claim to Ford. Since the car was 5 months old, I was concerned that Ford wouldn't stand behind the installation of the carpet, and that I would be responsible for the amount due for the tear, upon turning the car in at the end of my lease. Matt worked very diligently and was able to get the claim approved and followed up with me in record time. Thank you Matt Vodry, you have earned a return customer. I will highly recommend to my family, friends and co-workers Varsity Ford Ann Arbor, more specifically, Matt Vodry. More
