Oil change It took over hour and a half...even tho i had a appt..it appeared not busy...car wash was bad...my son james does this at knapps in Adrian.. hes a por It took over hour and a half...even tho i had a appt..it appeared not busy...car wash was bad...my son james does this at knapps in Adrian.. hes a porter..he said too...one more minute to take a mop too the back of the car would have made it a good car wash...took...WAY to long...even after I saw the porter drive it up...15 min later...i went to the cashier....still no paperwork....hmmm....thinking ill go to Knapps in Adrian....ino its good service!! It doesn't get better than the service at Varsity Ford! I have been going to Varsity Ford since I bought my Mustang in 2008. I now take my Fusion and Edge to Varsity for all service needs. More recently I've worked with Rob the service tec and I've found him to be very helpful and extremely knowledgeable . Salesman Jerry Hobbs is a great person to buy a car from. I got 2010 Escape from Jerry Hobbs new. Whenever I am having service done on a Saturday I check in on Jerry and he always remembers my name. He asks I got 2010 Escape from Jerry Hobbs new. Whenever I am having service done on a Saturday I check in on Jerry and he always remembers my name. He asks me how things are going and if everything is OK with our car. He has a son that goes to the same school as our daughter and we always see him at school events and catch up with him on how things are going. He is a devoted Father and just a very nice person.
