Varsity Lincoln service advisor was rude and disrespectful from onset of pulling in. 2020 Expedition purchased at Varsity Ford. She acted like she was doing us a favor by seeing us. Asked repeatedly if we had been at Varsity Lincoln prior. We have purchased all our vehicles at Varsity Ford and Varsity Lincoln, but she saw the Ford badging and immediately treated us as second class customers. A very poor first impression from a customer perspective. The correspondence after that was ok via text messages only. Would I return to this dealer for service ( No Way ). Varsity should treat all customers with respect and courtesy. Didn’t see that from the service dept. While waiting listened to another advisor complain about customers to other advisors. A pathetic way to treat customers spending 70k and upwards for a vehicle. The face of Lincoln and Ford was not presented during this visit. They have a sign that states # 1 for 25 years, not what we experienced. After the initial meeting , others in the dealership were professional and courteous. I will not go back and will be contacting Lincoln and Ford customer service. More
We recently had Varsity repair the damages to our Corsair that were the result of a fender bender. We couldn’t be more pleased. The price was right, they finished the work right on schedule and when we picke that were the result of a fender bender. We couldn’t be more pleased. The price was right, they finished the work right on schedule and when we picked up the car it was like we were driving a brand new vehicle. They did a great job cleaning it up, inside and out. More
We had been using Varsity Lincoln Mercury to service our Ford,Lincoln and Mercury vehicles for 30 years. When our 2023 Edge ST which was purchased new in Port Huron developed a severe water leak in the rig Ford,Lincoln and Mercury vehicles for 30 years. When our 2023 Edge ST which was purchased new in Port Huron developed a severe water leak in the right front passenger compartment I made a service appointment at Varsity that was two weeks out. A few days later it was raining and the car was leaking badly with water dripping out of the lower dashboard onto the floor. I swung into the dealership so they could see the leak in progress. The service adviser looked at it and told me I have to take it back to the selling dealer because it was an ST model and they don't have the tools to work on it. Being a retired Ford engineer I knew this was was not true. The Ford Edge ST and the Lincoln Nautilus are built on the same platform. Needless to say I took it to Serra Ford in Farmington and they repaired a leaking body seem. This experience has cost Varsity a longtime customer since I will be no longer be using Varsity for any of my service needs. More

I received superb service from Varsity and they are now the only place I'll take my car for any repair and body work. I appreciate that they have Enterprise on their premises, so getting and returning a r the only place I'll take my car for any repair and body work. I’ve been doing business with Varsity for over 20 years. I’ve used their service department, body shop, used car and new car sales. I have never had a complaint about any of my dealings with Varsity. My service consultant today was Joe Perinelo He was very professional and gave me good advice about future service. The work on my vehicle was done very quickly and they returned it spotlessly clean. Took car in for oil and tire rotation and was informed there was two outstanding recalls camera and epa sticker, sticker was done already and I would schedule camera work after new year. Was told oil and tire would take 1 hr, came back in an hour they had went ahead to perform camera repair after telling them I would schedule for later waited another hour for them to finish work. Pre work I had requested a new drivers wiper was qouted price and said go ahead at checkout found wiper was not done. Was not interested in waiting again for safety item I requested to be done. My morning messed up by doing work not requested and not doing what was requested (wiper, safety item). More
