I’m very happy with the service and attention that I have received from Varsity Lincoln. I took my MKZ in for a repair of the sunroof with the impression that it would be covered under the extended warranty received from Varsity Lincoln. I took my MKZ in for a repair of the sunroof with the impression that it would be covered under the extended warranty that I had purchased from the dealer. Once it was looked at by the mechanic I was informed that it would not be covered as it was considered a wear item like tires and the repair was going to be $2400. The vehicle has very low mileage and I had used the sunroof only a few times in the 4 years that I had owned the vehicle. I was naturally upset and talked to Rich J, the salesman who sold me the warranty. He looked into the problem and told me that unfortunately it was diagnosed correctly. The great thing was that he suggested a possible solution to my problem and provided direction and a phone number to help get it resolved. I followed his advice and within a few days Lincoln offered to cover the repair completely at no charge and also provided me with a rental car at no cost. Thanks to Rich and the service manager Bill H a very disturbing situation was turned into a great experience. Thanks to all at Varsity Lincoln! More
Overall, I have been very pleased with the service dept and staff. I did have one miscommunication recently with a team member based on scheduling an appointment. However, that was quickly resolved by Bran and staff. I did have one miscommunication recently with a team member based on scheduling an appointment. However, that was quickly resolved by Brandon in Service. He apologized for any mishap and IMMEDIATELY got my vehicle in for Service. Brandon was quick to react, quick to confirm that I was content and followed up with me during the process with updates and time frames. He is very knowledgeable and accurately predicted what he thought would be needed, and then made sure to update me and proceed to have everything taken care of right away. Both my wife and I have been in touch with Brandon over the past few years and he is ALWAYS ready to help. He is a true asset for the dealership....and for the customer! He is the kind of person that any company would love to have working with their customers Thanks Brandon!! Q More

We had the most wonderful experience @ Varsity Lincoln in Novi Mi. After 29 years, our old car finally died! We met Sam, who assisted us in the purchase of a previously owned Escape. It was past the end of the day, but Sam stayed and took care of us. My Son needed to return on Monday to pick up our new plate. I thought, hey! I have a ride home, so I decided to bring my car in for service. It needed a lot of work. This is where I met Terri. Once again, the folks @ Varsity took great care of me! We worked out a plan, executed it, and now I have, what seems like, a brand spanking new MKS! Thank you Varsity Team! Sam, who took care of my wife and son. Terri, who gave my MKS a lot of TLC!
