I used the mobile service yesterday for a recall on my wife's 2017 MKC. A young man named Tucker was there on time was very professional in doing his work. I have a 2019 Mustang 6 speed convertible which I purchased through this Varsity (we have leased multiple Lincolns from this dealership for almost 20 years). The car needed service - routine plus is purchased through this Varsity (we have leased multiple Lincolns from this dealership for almost 20 years). My service consultant, Mr. Brandon Sobiesiak, greeted me promptly when I brought the car in the night before my 8 AM appointment, went over everything in detail, and did tell me they may need an extra day possibly for parts and simply how busy they were. The next day (my appointment day) he called me early to give me an update, told me they could get the needed part, and a few hours later called me again to tell me the car would be ready in an hour. I picked up a clean Mustang 90 minutes later. We have always had excellent service with Varsity (as well as great sales experience with our salesman, Mr. Nick Zoccola), and this episode was no exception! More
