Was eligible for a dealer loaner, but was directed to Enterprise. Had a car reserved; however, none was available. Knowing it’s difficult to gauge when others will return their loaner vehicle, I didn’t Enterprise. Had a car reserved; however, none was available. Knowing it’s difficult to gauge when others will return their loaner vehicle, I didn’t mind waiting a bit. The negative was that Enterprise forgot about me in their secondary lounge. Both Enterprise and especially the service manager at Varsity took care of my inconvenience. Service advisor was good and kept in contact. However, labor at approximately three times the cost of a $90 part seems excessive for what appears to have been a simple splicing of a plug to an existing wire. Have been a Varsity customer for numerous years and am overall quite satisfied, More

The dealership waiting rooms are clean and comfortable. They have a variety of snacks, coffee and teas. They get you in and out if you have an appointment and keep you informed if they are running behind. I would highly recommend them to friends and family! The Service Department did an excellent job with my recent repair. Brandon Sobiesiak led the way by keeping me informed and getting the car serviced.
