Service consultant Brandon S was very supportive in getting me oil change in a pinch. Thought I had locked in nline appointment for a busy Monday morning Unfortunately, appointment was not set up. They bring me a loaner, take my car in for service, call me when my car is ready, complete billing over the phone and return my car to m appointment. Not just one or two but more than a dozen. In the past Varsity has been great scheduling us for service, keeping us notified of their progress and getting the job done. It may take a couple of days or even longer if the parts need to be ordered. But today, we were short on time. Bill Hardin from Varsity stepped up. He understood our unique urgency and literally within a matter of hours had our Explorer assessed, sent a driver to another location to acquire the part needed, repaired the vehicle and got it back to us so we could load it up and head to help our daughter get ready for her big day. Varsity Lincoln quickly identified and repaired the source of a rattling noise in my Corsair. They also did a good job in servicing my vehicle (tire rotation, oil change, etc.).
