Danny was Service Dept worker assigned to me… I came in for my scheduled oil change, but the day prior I noticed there was a screw in my tire…. this was very worrisome for me, but Danny patched it up, put for my scheduled oil change, but the day prior I noticed there was a screw in my tire…. this was very worrisome for me, but Danny patched it up, put air in my tire and didn’t even charge me for it.This is what I would call Total Service… he did it all! He knew I was upset over the tire and he reassured me that everything would be fine and took care of it even though my appointment that I had scheduled way in advance, was for an oil change. The whole Service Department is very accommodating and it’s actually a pleasure to go there, Everyone is so kind. The gentleman who was behind the Parts Department counter even loaned me a phone charger for the time I was there. I feel that Vatland Jeep Chrysler Dodge is extremely dedicated to its customers and for providing excellent service, Once again, thank you Danny for the wonderful service you provided for me. More
