I bought a vehicle from them, wired the money, signed, and was told all good to go. Days later the vehicle was to be picked up to ship to me as scheduled but after the vehicle was already loaded, I was told they couldn’t find the wired money in their account. They held up the driver and eventually let him go with the vehicle but kept the title. A week later, they confirmed they had the money in their account the entire time. I asked them to send me the title which they stated was electronic and they had to send me paperwork to fill out to get a paper title. Why they just decided to do this now instead of earlier I didn’t understand. I was told by Tony that once paperwork is received, he could have a paper title the same day. The paperwork was received on a Monday morning and I tried contacting Tony to confirm delivery. By Wednesday morning I still had heard nothing after attempts by email and phone to contact Tony and got a manager to track it down. Tony rudely emailed me back after contacted by the manager saying only, “It is being mailed out today!!!” I received the title but the dealer didn’t sign the title. I was told the signed Bill of Sale would work for a signature. I went to the DMV and was denied because of the missing signature on the title. I had to wait for more paperwork from Vatland to be sent to me. I talked to a manager requesting it mailed to my work and provided that address to save me an hour round trip getting the paperwork and going back to the DMV. Of course that didn’t happen either and it was sent to my house. I got an email from Cris, the General Sales Manager, and told him at the time my current experience with Vatland. I also followed up with another email asking him to call me and gave him my cell. That last email was 5 days ago, still not a peep from him either. More
