It was a pleasure working with him. Unfortunately, I did not feel the same about the sales manager, Shannon. I felt coming to a deal was a bit difficult and confusing. I also felt the advertised price on the windshield of the car should have been more honest and forthright. The add ons and additional cost of the car should have been reflected on that windshield price, since I was told that the add on's were not negotiable because they were already on the car. All in all, we did come to an agreement and I drove home with a beautiful car. More

Service had my vehicle confused with a vehicle that I previously owned and had the wrong services scheduled. I waited two hours for what should have taken an hour tops.
