HRV purchase I brought in my Civic for an oil change. I have been wanting to look at the HRV so Nanette took me for a test drive. Most people seem to choose the C I brought in my Civic for an oil change. I have been wanting to look at the HRV so Nanette took me for a test drive. Most people seem to choose the CR-V however I only needed one step up from the Civic. She listens to your needs and wants. The HRV is perfect! And they were able to find the EX in the color I wanted. Checking in the receptionist was polite and directed me to the service contact. He had the necessary paper work and easily added additional work, gave me an accurate estimate of charges and when it would be ready. Got called about a filter that needed replacement that the check had discovered. Pick-up was as promised and cost was as promised. What more could I ask? More
