Prior to moving to FL we dealt with the same dealership for 26 yrs, even the same salesman for 20, so the bar was set high. We hoped for the same kind of relationship & can say we found it, we are very pleased with Vatland Honda. In our most recent experience 9-23-17, we dealt with a different sales consultant, Tom Aspromonte, & found him to be very helpful, knowledgeable, friendly & professional. He truly went above & beyond to help us pair our phones, & when we changed our minds about the color we wanted he took that in stride & switched to another vehicle. We lease & hope to deal with him the next time as well! The only difficulty we had was regarding the release of frozen credit. Our attempt to coordinate "unfreezing" our credit for the shortest time possible could have gone more smoothly as we were not successful in our first attempt. But that is now straightened out now & it's all good! More

Nice dealership We were lookin for a new to us family car. We looked online all around for 3 row SUVs and made a list of ones we liked and headed out. Vatland was our second stop and Tom took the time to show us the 3 he had plus a couple of vans. We thanked him for his time and continued on our way. He was never pushy which was wonderful. We made our way through a couple more dealerships as the salesman were getting pushier and pushier. By time we looked at all the other cars we wanted to we decided Vatland had the nicest dealership (kids play room!) and the best car for us (fully loaded Pilot) So we called them as came in the next morning an got everything taken care of before my husband had to be at work at noon. More
