They were available and helpful for questions. They let us test drive the car as much as we needed. Buying the car was simple and straightforward with excellent financing options. I was also impressed with their warranty options. Getting services done on the car through the dealer was a bit less efficient but I was very impressed with the quality of service. I will definitely look at buying with them in the future. More

I spoke to Cory on the phone and he told me to bring it back up and they would do everything they could to get rid of the smell. He also patiently answered all the other questions that I had concerning warranties etc...And this was AFTER I bought the car. He even told me that if I felt like buying the extended warranty was a mistake, that he would give me a full refund on it. As much as I hate buying "used" from a dealer, these people tried to make it as painless as possible. I would buy from them again. More

There were multiple options on many of the cars that let us really see what we liked and didn't like. The only downside was the length of time to finalize the transaction, get the car cleaned and ready to go, etc. It was difficult with our three very small children, but other than that it was a great experience. We would recommend them to family and friends! More

Never again Bought a Honda Accord in April. All I can say is be careful and read the contract like you don't trust them. Many things that I was charged were never Bought a Honda Accord in April. All I can say is be careful and read the contract like you don't trust them. Many things that I was charged were never orally disclosed. Things to watch for are warranty charges, dealer prep, and insurance for theft (who needs this). I received two warranties. One was for bumper to bumper mechanical coverage and one was for a leather coverage. I was told I would receive the leather coverage for free. I was charged for both a total of $1,794. I tried to cancel all warranties. Was given the run around. Finally spoke to a Corey and I thought my cancellation process had begun. I called my bank on numerous occasions and was told they had not received a check. Talked to Velocity and they said it takes up to 6 weeks for them to receive money from the warranty company. If they really have a warranty company. Why would they need a warranty company? They probably just deal with each problem as it comes along and what they charge is instant profit. Well, it took over 6 weeks for them to send the bank a check. The check was for a little over $1200. So the bottom line, is they don't even live up to their contract. I would take them to court, but time is money. I will put my efforts into writing as many of these reviews as I can. More
