American Fork Velocity We bought a Mazda through Velocity Auto in American Fork. We felt like it was priced fair. They wouldn't budge on the price. The battery was 3 years o We bought a Mazda through Velocity Auto in American Fork. We felt like it was priced fair. They wouldn't budge on the price. The battery was 3 years old so we asked to have it replaced. A few weeks later we were stranded twice. Once at night and then the next day. They did replace the battery after that. Make sure you check the service shops work before leaving. But the list of stuff that needs to be fixed is long. The brakes need to be replaced the drive belt is cracked. It needed an oil change and the few minor things that go with an oil change. Back speakers were blown. They must just take trade in's and do absolutely nothing with them. The interest rate was 15%. Worked with Whitney for financing and Jacob in the service department. The sales guys cant answer any question, they just pull the car up for you. More

Get everything in writing! They are not trustworthy. Bought a truck, filthy dirty and didn't provide both sets of keys upon pickup. "Could only find one." Awful Customer "Service" Absolutely awful! I should have known better, from the snarky answer I got when I called to ask if a couple cars on their website were on their lot. T Absolutely awful! The salesman said "If they're on the site they're on the lot", however when I arrived they were still on the website and not on the lot. I was debating between them and another dealership and asked them to price match, which they did but they tried to bad mouth the other dealership and were very unprofessional. I then was given the price for the car in writing TWICE, and the finance guy wrote it wrong TWICE, and both times told me I must be confused and thinking of another place. I showed him the post-its on their branded letterhead and he still tried to deflect that it was my fault for thinking the price he wrote was correct... xxx?? Then they waited to send the title the same week the temp tag expired and they forgot to put my name on the title, so of course the DMV won't accept it! I've been calling all day and they won't answer any phone line... or return my voicemails... Did they close since June? Does anyone still work there? More
