Best car buying experience ever! I had been looking around for a new car over the last couple of months. I had no idea what to buy and became somewhat confused with all the choices. I went to Velocity and met Todd (New Zealand guy). The experience with him was very different to the other "sales guys" I had met during my two month search. At first he seemed more interested in knowing a whole lot about me, my situation which I must say made me feel a little uncomfortable. After a while it dawned on me that he was asking these questions to make recommendations on cars that would work for me. Sure enough, within 30 minutes of sitting down at his desk he pulled up a like new 2014 Fusion that was well within my budget! I drove the car and brought it. He knew exactly what I wanted. Hes all business so don't expect a gushy, shmoozey experience from him. The questions may put you off too, But if you go with the process, the whole experience and following transaction was very professional. More

Rubes Welcome! Informed shoppers stay away! These guys appear to be too good to be true; and they are. I did my math before I left, talked to my credit union, and was pre approved for a good amo These guys appear to be too good to be true; and they are. I did my math before I left, talked to my credit union, and was pre approved for a good amount for a commuter car. I drove all the way to Draper and was treated less than poorly by Todd, once he found out I had my own financing, and was not interested in extra warranties. Todd tried to push a beat up sedan on me first, then he tried giving me a secret deal... a wrecked car that its price would raise upon repair, but I could swoop in on if I agreed to its price before the repair. Well I told him I was uneasy about that option so he commenced to run me off by throwing on his fake oakleys and calling me difficult, and stating that Velocity didn't need difficult people (I guess customers who like bumpers on their cars.) like me because they run 350+ cars a month through there. The crappy thing was I wanted to be a fan, all I wanted was an ounce of respect and a little effort, and I would have bought a car from them. Todd helped me see behind the curtain, and it was not pretty. Beware of these guys, and Todd especially. I will share this experience with everyone I know. Velocity wants rubes. More
Disappearing salesman I had cash in hand to buy a car. I had to call while at the dealership to find a salesman, then after a test drive call again to find him, then wait a I had cash in hand to buy a car. My salesman walked into the building, looked at me waiting and promptly left to go smoke. I drove over an hour to get there, they don't have any knowledge of their cars, where they are located or how much they actually are! This place is a joke and a waste of your time!!!!! More
Great place to find the perfect car shopping experience We were looking for what was available for a newer year, low price, low mileage, and great shape vehicle and were not sure what exactly we wanted. We were greeted very quickly and were provided with information that was helpful for us making our decision. I really liked that we did not have to haggle to get a good and fair price and that all the stock was within the last couple of years. The price you see online is what you pay for and you can be sure that if they have not sold it, you will get the car that is advertised. Because of this we did not mind waiting as the various steps were completed, mostly financing and detailing. The staff were all friendly and helpful, even if they were not working with us, which made the time go by pleasantly. We are very happy with our new car and are confident that we will return here for future vehicles. This is a place definitely worth checking out, just allow some time to get through the entire process. More

I was able to test drive a few different cars and wasn't pressured. Prices were pretty good and lower than alot of the other dealers. Overall I had a great experience. Would definitely recommend them and buy from them again. More
Avoid this sham at all costs! Terrible service. Tons of hidden fees (e.g. $700 dealership fee....totally bogus). They rip you off on trade ins. They rake you over with insanely Terrible service.
