AVOID! !! Called about a car listed for $30715. I was told the out the door price would be $34700! They are trying to charge $4000 for tax tag and title. Car !! Called about a car listed for $30715. I was told the out the door price would be $34700! They are trying to charge $4000 for tax tag and title. Car was listed as certified and claim I have to pay for that on top of advertised price. Added $300 for electronic filing on top of the outrageous Doc/admin fee of $1000 which should cover all filing and documentation. States were doc/admin fees are regulated only charge a reasonable ~$175. They also said it would cost $543,30 (a very exact/official sounding fraudulent charge) for title and registration for NC. Actual cost is more like-- "Registering a used car in North Carolina typically costs between $46.25 and $53.75 for the standard license plate/registration fee, depending on your county, plus a $56–$66.75 title fee" ADVOID!!! Purchased all my cars and had the service done exclusively at this dealership. They make buying and maintaining a vehicle a very easy process and have always been fair and honest with me. Even tho exclusively at this dealership. They make buying and maintaining a vehicle a very easy process and have always been fair and honest with me. Even though I was tempted to buy a different make of car this time, I have more trust in this dealership after doing business with them for the past 15 years and will not go anywhere else. During a service visit they always tell me what needs to be done right away and what can wait. I really appreciate their honesty and transparency. More
