It's sad when a dealership can't take responsibility for a mistake, I had a transmission fluid service done at Venice Honda only to find out the hard way when my car broke down out of state and was towed to a mistake, I had a transmission fluid service done at Venice Honda only to find out the hard way when my car broke down out of state and was towed to Brown Honda in Ohio, upon inspection the Tech and service advisor Jake found the issue to be the drain plug not being tightened properly costing me over 7 grand as they had to install new transmission. Even to this day I've had zero inbound calls from this dealership after calling them multiple times so the 800 number was my only option and they assigned a case number to my situation and contacted the dealer. The case manager then reached out and said Venice Honda was denying any responsibility for this negligence so now I have to take it to court, Why would another reputable Honda dealer lie about what they found? When i got back in town I spent 20 minutes on the phone with the power tripping GM who should probably switch to de-caffeinated products-Dathan Phillips to explain my case and he was totally rude on the phone speaking over me every time i talked with a very condescending tone and raising his voice, his response was not enough photo's or evidence and that it was impossible basically calling the other dealer a liar, all while doing the side step boogie from every angle to deny everything, which its certain he will do again when responding below to my review. More

AVOID! !! Called about a car listed for $30715. I was told the out the door price would be $34700! They are trying to charge $4000 for tax tag and title. Car !! Called about a car listed for $30715. I was told the out the door price would be $34700! They are trying to charge $4000 for tax tag and title. Car was listed as certified and claim I have to pay for that on top of advertised price. Added $300 for electronic filing on top of the outrageous Doc/admin fee of $1000 which should cover all filing and documentation. States were doc/admin fees are regulated only charge a reasonable ~$175. They also said it would cost $543,30 (a very exact/official sounding fraudulent charge) for title and registration for NC. Actual cost is more like-- "Registering a used car in North Carolina typically costs between $46.25 and $53.75 for the standard license plate/registration fee, depending on your county, plus a $56–$66.75 title fee" ADVOID!!! More
