The service was fast and I appreciate my vehicle not being dirty after the work was done. I was NOT happy to learn their guest Wi-Fi was not working nor had it been for a year. This leads me to believe being dirty after the work was done. I was NOT happy to learn their guest Wi-Fi was not working nor had it been for a year. This leads me to believe they place little value on guest comfort and conveniences. I really expected more in 2024! I brought my iPad and keyboard to do work but couldn’t connect to the web, which was a major disappointment to me. Venice Honda needs to emphasize and prioritize guest comfort! More
