Venice Honda

I went to Venice Honda to buy a crv. My experience in buying cars from other dealers in the past made me a bit apprehensive. I was ready to leave at the slightest insult to my intelligence. I walked in ready for a knock down drag out. A very happy and smiling salesperson greeted me whos name was Zach. Thought to myself, “can barely walk in the door and already they’re all over me.” But he was nice, considerate and asked me what I was interested in. I mentioned the crv- hybrid sport . We walked out to look at some and he mentioned there’s also an “L” version sport. And preceded to tell me all the differences between the two. I was impressed. Normally I’ll have done my homework before and know the ins and outs of what I’m buying more than the salespeople. But not in this case! Went for a ride in one and I found the vehicle extremely solid, very nicely appointed, bigger and wider than the previous version. I was sold though he didn’t know that and we proceeded to go back and forth finally coming to an agreement, though with a caveat of get the me out of there in an hour. He said maybe an hour and 15? Next thing he came out w a bunch of papers to sign than he moved me into the finance guy named Spencer where I knew this was not going to end well. All the up sells etc previously I encountered w other finance guys. But Spencer was awesome as well, got me out of there and I was on the road w my new crv hybrid. Two great people that Venice Honda are VERY lucky to have! I will definitely recommend Zach and Spencer and Venice Honda in the future to anyone and everyone! Well done gentlemen!
