Was there Sunday to buy a used car. I agreed to a price with the salesman. The "sales manager" came over and didn't like the offer but he agreed if we would both write a positive revi I agreed to a price with the salesman. We agreed on a down payment good for 48 hours with the salesman. The the "sales manager" came over again and tried to convenience us to pay the entire amount a RIGHT NOW! We said NO. The salesman walled us to the cashier and we paid the down payment good for 48 hours. At this time, our salesman promised us the car would be there for us when we arrived to pay the remaining payment. He lied. Says a lot about his CHARACTER. About 24 hours later the "sales manager' called us and told us he had sold OUR car to another dealer. It was no longer on the lot. We come get our down payment tomorrow. I didn't like what I heard but he kept hollowing at me on the phone. We pickup our down payment the next day. Now we see that other people have complained about their car not being there when they arrived. Suppose this is common practice for them if you don't buy the car on the spot. He kept saying he was losing money on the deal.. Not much of a manager if he doesn't know how to make a profit. We will NEVER think of buying from them again.. More

Yesterday I visited the dealership for my car oil change the service rep was new to me and can’t remember his name I told him that I have coupon for Port Charlotte Honda which he say we don’t take it I didn the service rep was new to me and can’t remember his name I told him that I have coupon for Port Charlotte Honda which he say we don’t take it I didn’t mind because he told me don’t worry I have some coupon for $59 oil change I was agree when my car oil change done he took me by the cashier and charged me about $73 which I didn’t pay attention because I was late to go somewhere when I came home I I realize that I have never pay that much since I bought this car for oil change because he charge some extra on the invoice plus he is trying to tell me that I gave you coupon I’m not happy about that it’s few extra dollars but I think that was cheating More
Made a phone call and they said come on in. Had no idea about the “auto shortage” and what I was looking for is almost obsolete here in sunny Fla. AWD. After hooking up with my salesman Steve Walczak, he was like, yep, they can build that car for you and you can have it in 2 months. Said ok and put down a deposit. Just as I was leaving the dealership, Steve informed that he had located the car I was after at a friend of his dealership and could have it in a single day! Done! Easiest and best auto buying experience I’ve ever had. Steve got it done! Thank you More
