We had a great experience with Frank. It’s been extremely challenging working with various dealerships to locate and purchase two vehicles after experiencing flood damage and the loss of It’s been extremely challenging working with various dealerships to locate and purchase two vehicles after experiencing flood damage and the loss of our vehicles. Most dealerships are charging excessive prices over the MSRP; what appears to be price gouging on both sides of the State. Honda of Venice is charging over MSRP, but they’re fair considering the tight car market. I almost purchased my vehicles from another dealership, but Frank sent me a follow up text to ask how he could earn my business. Frank and his team negotiated a reasonable price for both vehicles. Yes, there was back and forth over the price and accessories, but in the end I didn’t feel cheated and I don’t have buyer’s remorse. I’m definitely not accustomed to paying over MSRP but I truly appreciate Frank’s honesty about the market and his word is good; something you seldom see in sales. I may live about two hours from Venice but my next vehicle will be purchased there too. Thanks, Frank, Kara, Tommy and Pete. More
