Wrote on enclosed card. Very disappointed with new mat service. Asked for clean up 🧼 n floor before new addition. Told he didn’t have a vacuum. Shown how to unhook mats at home to clean up hurricane debris from car floor. Have to have neighbor unhook them. Shame on this department. And I was charged an installation fee?? More
