I bought a new Honda Fit from this dealership in 2017 and I was very impressed with the service department so when I decided to trade in my other Fit, a 2016 with 42,000 miles for a little larger vehicle, I I was very impressed with the service department so when I decided to trade in my other Fit, a 2016 with 42,000 miles for a little larger vehicle, I went to them first. Austin helped me look at both new and certified used Honda HR-V and found me a 2021 one with only 18,000 miles. He sold me on the used certified because they came with fantastic warranties, better than the new cars. They gave me a superb trade in too for my Fit and with no pressure. Austin listened to my needs and worked with me. It is a very good time to trade in a used car and I know the service of both cars at Venice Honda will be honest and trustworthy.
